More about Dr. Goetze

Dr. Goetze is a  Colorado licensed psychologist and holds permanent certification as a school psychologist in New York.  



He earned a Ph.D. from Hofstra University in New York, as well as dual masters degrees in clinical and school/community psychology from Hofstra and Fairleigh Dickinson Universities.



Dr. Goetze was recipient of the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Volunteer of the Year Award in 1999 for his efforts in matching adults with children from single parent households.  He also received the JC Penney Golden Rule Award with recognition by President Clinton in 1997 for outstanding volunteer activity.



Dr. Goetze has lectured for many community groups and has been quoted in Good Housekeeping, Psychology Today, Ladies Home Journal, Women's World and Parents' Magazines.  He has also appeared on CNBC, TV-8 and NBC.



He has served as President of the Hudson Valley Psychological Association and Membership chairman of the New York State Psychological Association.



Dr. Goetze has also offered expert testimony in Family and Supreme Court in New York.



Dr. Goetze served as a credentialed member of the Vail Valley Medical Center's medical staff until 2019.
